Hello dr i m given Brest feeding to baby having 3 month old ,i m suffering from sore throat and cold which medicine is safe during Brest feeding to me for sore throat and cold ?please tell me

strepsils or cofsils are safe but not.in excess
keep yourself well hydrated by taking a sip of lukewarm water every hour when awake
use simply purified water having tds higher than the 350
