hello dr... I'm a 1 month old baby mother... Mera baby bilkul bhi breastfeeding nhi kr rha h... ar mujhe milk supply bhi nhi ho rha h.. plz suggest how to increase breast milk??

A. Shatavari powder is a very good supplement that you can take three times in the day with warm milk that is going to help in increasing your lactation along with that also I’m going to recommend you to have a good healthy diet plus plenty of proteins and fibres
