Hello Dr. I am Swati, mother of 4 months old daughter. As I am breastfeeding currently, I cannot be vaccinated for COVID, so how I need to avoid infection and can I take vitamin supplements while breastfeeding

A. yes you can take all the vitamins which river are prescribed by doctor and even other multivitamins will be good for your health and immunity along with you your baby will also get all the benefits and you should take very good care of yourself don't go out
