hello Dr I am a working women and mother of 2.7 years baby. my weight is 56 kg but looks like a pregnant of twin's . kindly suggest anything for my transformation.

Your child is quite grown-up it’s time for you to look at yourself take care of yourself so start working out I would suggest you yoga start with Surya Namaskar basic workout try doing intermittent fasting when you finish your last meal by 6 o’clock or maybe six 30 in the evening and the next day you should start by about 1030 in the morning I know it’s very difficult initial you start with 12 hours and slowly shift 16 hours which would be good for
