Hello ma’am Yes it is a good idea to apply oil over there as long as you can as you do it with the girls body part did you say me you should be massaging at your boys body parts as well it is very healthy and always clean it properly by a little bit of pressure of water also so that you know there is no dirt or anything that’s accumulated over there and pretty moment in proper hygiene and cleanliness over there
