hello Doctors, my baby is 3 months 8 days old and breastfeeding. he is still pooping 7-8 times a day. please let me know what I have to eat for reducing motions. I am very much bothered about this.

Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi...Exclusively bf babies may poop 10 times in 1 day, or once in 10 days - both are normal. That's cos they are not taking anything solid in their diet. As long as daily pee count is above 6-7 and baby is not uncomfortable, please don't worry about poop frequency.
Eat saunf or add methi in ur diet to avoid any gas problem in baby.
