hello doctor, please suggest a good cream for this bumps on my child's boday, it has spread out on hands, all over legs, and inner thighs.. please.. thank you

See if it is spreading then it could be an allergy or infection just for applying any cream or treatment from your own side is not going to help so I’m going to recommend you to consult our skin specialist paediatrician will be able to help with treatment relating to the problem that is there
