My baby has lot of small bumps in her anur area... and spread on all over body too...

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is doneh to find out the euxact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

You should get a check with your doctor maybe this is some allergy or infection or maybe chickenpox because since you’re imaging it’s spreading on the entire body it is not like a normal rash or something could be smallpox also but it’s better to get a check with your doctor
