Hello doctor, my son is continuously talking, sometimes with us and sometimes with himself. He is/was constantly talking whatever happened throughout a day or a day before or yesterday etc. It’s also like he repeat the sentences whatever we tell him. Eg. Do not throw things. He repeat this sentence constantly full day. Is it normal in increasing age? Pls reply. Thanks in advance!!

I think your child is this feeling lonely has nobody to talk which is why the child keeps repeating all these things on it so you need to strike a meaningful conversation with your child that is how your child is going to learn to converse and get over this kind of behaviour but still if you see that the behaviour is increasing maybe over the period of the time and it what is your more then it is going to be important to have an evaluation with the Dr one time
