hello doctor, my son is 6years old. he is talking too much. continuously he is talking. interfere in middle when we talk in unnecessary topics. if someone comes homes that increases and runs very fast talks very fast in front of them. talking talking nonstop. we are unable to control him. some times he can't control himself and he will get excited for small things. but studies and all good. only this behavior.we r not understanding what to do. too much talking means too much talking.even while playing also something he will be talking. if shout he will reduce sound but he won't stop talking while playing also. during tv time he will be silent.
