my son is 5 months 6 days old. he had cold and cough since 3 days. we used nasoclear drops and also Crocin drops for fever 100.1F . now cold and cough are much under control. no fever. today he pooped multiple times in small quantity ( almost 8 times). is it normal or my baby is suffering with any infection. please guide me.

it might be due to certain medication.. 
if still is soft, easy to pass , mot watey than do Not worry about. 
increase breast feeding your baby, keep good hygiene

If It was an absolute water consistency that means that your child may be suffering with diarrhoea in that case you’ll have to get a check with your doctor and sometimes it could be due to the heat in the body with the medicines that you have been giving for so long so just monitor it for a day or two if the situation is still the same then you should consult your paediatrician ones
