hello doctor my son is 4months old can I start him rice n dal water. he is on breastfeeding now.

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Solids, semi solids, water and other liquids can only be started once the baby completes 6 months of age and not before that. Exclusive breastfeeding is advisable till then. Make sure that you feed the baby on demand as mother's milk takes care of all nutritional and water needs of the baby's body.
