Q.

Hello doctor my son is 4 yrs he speech in one word .....he understands everything and what we say he respond it's.....but still he answer in single word

A. I would suggest u to consult a speech therapist they will have to check the child and can also suggest u with the therapies if any is needed to go ahead with ..as then k let u will come to k ow what is needed to b done and if needed start with a homeopathic treatment as well
