hello doctor my son is 3 yrs old but he do not speak a sentence only he says mumma papa Nana and some unknown words but he do not talk so much so many of his age the kids a talking speaking so much I m worried do I need a speech therapist or what any medication.some of them says that this is normal he will speak.please tell me what to do

A. development of speech can be late in some babies. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok
