Hello doctor. My son is 13 months now and weighs 7.7 kgs. He still doesn't have a single tooth. He is a preterm baby born at 7.5 months and weighed only 1.5 kgs. What should be his weight right now and is there a problem with teething? Please suggest tips to increase his weight and teething problem.

no problem with teething as kids can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months.
keep checking for the signs of teething
