my son is 13 months old,but he had not a single tooth

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. it is OK some kids get their teeth a little late so you can wait to the age of 18 months for the first tooth to erupt in your baby's mouth

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello good morning !! Generally babies start teething by 7-11 months but few take time 13-15 months. Didn't mention about all other milestone physical if achieving milestones crawling, standing/ walking with support or trying to then no need to worry. Mild fever, motions, crankiness, rejecting feed, hard swollen gums are symptoms of teething. Feed 3 meals include protein, calcium rich foods Diary products,milk, fruits and vegetables,dry fruits and nuts , egg in regular diet for calcium for Bones strength and teething. Consult Paeditrician for calcium supplements.
