My son is 1 year 4 months old, and he is getting rashes like these on his neck since past 3 days. On the left you can see the first rash which appears to be scaly after 2 days, and the second rash is being seen since morning. Is it a skin condition or it is because of sweat? Or some kind of allergy? Or is it completely normal for rashes like these to appear in toddlers?

Hello it may be due to dryness or mosquito bite or your baby may scratches with nails . As it is winters please give full clothes to wear and use a good moisturizer like Aveeno Baby Daily Moisture Lotion. It absorbs quickly and moisturize baby's skin upto 24 hours. But if it increases please consult with your pediatrician.
