hello doctor my son has fever for past 3 days.. temp is ranging to 99-100. Giving calpol only twice a day.. frequency of fever every 12 to 16 hrs.. no other symptoms like cold or running nose.. getting little cranky.. what could be the reason for fever.. he had not been outside for a month..

A. seasonal change or viral infection might be reason. kindky do c heck body temp timely and give calpol syp in right dose.. give him lots of rest n fluids.
