hello doctor.my son 1 month old and his weight only 3 kg.pls sugges any health tonic for him.lm worried about him

Ma’am Give me one reason why are you worried about your child’s weight you have not given us important details like the birth weight of your child and anything else you are just worried and you want to give a tonic do realise that these tonics should not be given to the child unnecessarily so there is no point giving toning just breastfeed your child properly
