Q.
hello doctor, my one and half year is having cold and her nose is blocked, can I spray her nose with nasoclear saline nasal spray..?

this can occurs due to weather changes or simple cold and rarely infection.
kindly give nasal saline drops (nasoclear /nasivion s)every three hourly and since it is a salt water/saline water it does not have any side effects and can be given again and again for nasal blockage and respiratory cough.
it will dissolve mucus in nose and throat.
try to prevent temperature variations around the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor

Yes you can use it it is very effective and totally safe for babies. Rather than this you should try to keep your baby normal room temperature I don’t change the temperature of surroundings frequently. And very little amount of turmeric and babies milk and also give 1 teaspoon of honey once in a day
