#AskTheExpert my 4yo complains about blocked nose every night before sleeping. doctor has prescribed nasoclear saline nasal spray but she doesn't let me put it.

A. steam can help. this for now will require a detailed analysis of the issue and so now it is difficult to say the cause so can see a doctor for now and then can be said about this problem .
