Hello doctor my nephew is 8 years old. we observed white small patches on face like forehead, cheek bone area. why it came?

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is theaggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .
