hello doctor ....my kid has light stomach pain ...and vomiting from last night...he was infected by cough and cold...but now he is ok from cold ND cough...

As the correct approach, before you give any kind of medicine you should always consult your treating doctor once for knowing afebout the proper indication,dosage of the medicine and duration upto which dose needs to given in a proper way. Self medication maybe harmful.
