hello doctor. my daughter is 3.8 years old. she is having cough n cold since 3 to 4 days. pls suggest any medicine for cough as it is more during night time. I gave her zyrcold but of no use. also pls recommend diet during cold n cough time.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. kindly give syrup allegra 3.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 5 ml twice daily.
give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect stexam inhalation. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half days then kindly meet your doctor and give warm water to drink.
givez home remedies like tulsi ginger honey and turmeric with milk.

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Try giving indirect steam inhalation. Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and seek further advice. Include vegetable soups, warm foods. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Good luck and take care.
