In General only the child is underweight a child should be somewhere around 12 KG by this age so as of now since your child isn’t eating properly try to give multivitamin supplements to the child and really good amount of liquid diet to the child that is going to maintain strength and energy to the body and slowly gradually your child will pick up on eating as well
