Hello Doctor my child is 1 yr 3 months old . she has a fever from afternoon. twice we gave paracetamol. In evening she was ok. again, she was feverish , so I gave paracetamol at 9:45. but it's 10 :45 and still she is having fever 100.4 . what to do ? shall I need to give ibugesic ?

A. dear parents, if temprature is not getting down half hour after giving pcm do tepid sponging with room temprature water, give her lots of liqiluids. can repeat pcm in 4 to 6 hourly.
