you need to consult a paediatrician.

for such a prolonged fever you will have to go for blood investigations. the most important infection which is prevalent in india and has to be ruled out his typhoid for which blood culture is importantx. also urinary tract infection has to be ruled out. if the child is having fever without any proper focus then  x-ray and sonography needs to be done too. please continue to meet your doctor every third or fourth day for evaluation.

we did some dengue test and CBC, CRP test.
Report la are normal. but still fever gets down while taking medicine and again comes back after 5 6 hours

But it is really very difficult to say anything without proper examination of the baby. It is advisable to get the baby evaluated by a doctor and follow doctors advise properly.
