after vaccination my baby is suffering from fever around hundred ...still after a week ...gave pcm syrup ...but still not getting better ?

Though severe vaccine side effects are rare, you should call the pediatrician right away if your baby has any of the following reactions or symptoms within two days of getting a shot: High fever (100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher for babies under 3 months old and 101.5 or higher for babies 3 months and older)
