Hello doctor, My boy is 8 months old now, right now I'm giving him carrot and beans veggies in puree form, which all the vegetables I can give and how much quantity should I feed per meal

A. Give vegetables such as pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot , beet root, spinach, lufa, soft guard, okra, peas in puree form to ur 8 month old baby. take care

A. You can give all veggies in mashed form
