Q.

Hello doctor, my baby was born on 15 December 2020 and from till date I m not getting down ( periods ) can you please suggest me.. we can do any exercise or any thing else??

A. well if you are breastfeeding its normal only ok.You can do a urine pregnancy test as that will clear the picture. Try to eat more protein n less of carbohydrates
