Hello doctor, my baby turned 6months yesterday. And still I have not got my periods. I had c section delivery on 19-Nov 2020. what can I do to bring my menstrual cycle.

A. no need to worry for periods you can wait to one year for your periods to start again till then no medication is needed just maintain a Healthy lifestyle with good nutrition adequate water intake and regular exercise
