hello doctor my baby mannat is 4 month old n she didn't gain weight. now she is 4 kg

A. See the current weight would completely be dependent on the birth weight of the child should be a minimum of 1600 grams to KG weight gain for your child in the time of four months on top of birth weight so calculate accordingly still if you feel that the way it is less then you can start with formula after consulting the doctor
