Q.
hello doctor.. my baby is having wound on his tongue while cleaning his tongue with brush.. I am applying glycerin 3-4 times a day... he is having pain while eating that's why m giving soft foods.. anything else u can suggest?

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. It will take approximately 7-10 days for it to heal. in case the pain is severe you can give plain paracetamol 2- 3 times a day and this will help in reducing the pain.

Brush It’s really soft that is used for kids it cannot cause any kind of wound onto the tongue so if you feel that the child is having any issue rather than self medicate it would be better for you to consult a child dentist she will check and she will tell you what you exactly need to do with that
