Hi Mam, my daughter is 22 months old and she is having white deposit on her tongue. she is doing daily brush and we are daily cleaning her tongue. also smell is coming from her mouth if we are not cleaning her tongue. can you please let us know the reason behind this. earlier it was not like that. please suggest us.

A. Hi bad smell even after maintaining good oral hygiene can occur due to some gastrointestinal problems..so you should consult with your pediatrician for regular health checkup of your baby and any treatment if required
