Hello doctor..my baby is 7months old..entered into 8month 1week before..when should i start dinner to her..now am giving inly 2meals a day and breastmilk..can u please suggest when to start.tnx in advance

A. You can start giving 3 solid meals along with atleast 2 sessions of breastfeeding. Give all home cooked meals. Give apples, bananas, papaya, chikoo, kiwi, strawberries, pomegranates etc. Add veggies to khichdi or make a steamed vegetable bowl. Slowly introduce vegetables like cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus, green peas and pumpkin.
