my baby is 35 days old, she is mostly making noise while sleeping please let me know the reason.
The sound is like if we wake up some one from deep sleep, like how they sounds to open their eyes

cold is mostly flu infection where basically symptomatic treatmejint as required give paracetamol for fever and decongestants like sinarest will help also give steam inhalation and hot saline gargles .

they are respiratory secretions which is present in the narrow respiratory tract of the child.
the sound of ghar... ghar.. is present when air passes over these secretions in the narrow respiratory tract. 
if the respiratory rate of the child is within normal limits and the child is not having any other complaints do not worry about the sound which is present due to respiratory secretions.
if you feel that the child is having some difficulty in breathing you can always givde nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity which will wash away the mucus present in the nasal cavity as well as the respiratory tract.
the problem improve with increasing age of the child when there is broadening of the respiratory tract .
