Q.

Hello doctor, my baby is 2.6 year old and he is suffering with cold cough and fever from last night so I have given Maxtra syrup and paracetamol..but I have given him extra dose that was 14ml..it is safe please help me out..

A. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated factor . As the first line of treatment you can gnuive steam inhalation which would be helpful . Cough Syp should be given only after a proper evaltunation .
