Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hello good morning !! If baby doesn't give response to your command and unable to communicate even small words then need to consult speech therapist.
If baby is communicating small words then no need to worry some babies take time to communicate clearly by giving speech therapy sessions they will speak normally.
