hello doctor my baby girl is 22 months old she is having hair fall may I know the reason for that and Im using Himalaya baby shampoo could you please suggest me any shampoo for her. to control hairfall and to improve hair growth

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. please give supplements of iron and calcium available in green leafy vegetables seasonal fruits. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok
