A. it is always better to give exclusive breastfeeding to the baby till 6 months avoid giving formula milk but still if the baby is doing vomiting a proper examination is required

A. good morning you don't have to change the formula little bit of vomiting is very normal with small children as long as the milk which is coming out is curd like milk you don't have to worry about it
