Hello doctor My baby boy is a 32 week preterm baby, born on 19th April 2025 according to his birth day he is now 6 months 5 days old. I want to know what I should feed him now. Should I start purees if yes please give suggestions. thank you

A. dear mum, after completion of 6 months u can start giving top food in the form of purees. u can give porridge, homemade cerelac, dal rice with veg puree, fruit puree, curd.
