Hello doctor my baby boy is 8 months old...he has got a rash near his anus and doctor has suggested HH Derm cream(mometasone furoate, fusidic acid and clotrimazolr cream) and asked to apply near the anus area thrice a day..it been one month i am using this but the rash hasn't gone...my ques is ...is it safe to use this HH Derm cream...what if it gets inside of the body through anus ...will it be dangerous...pls suggest...

A. hi instead of it, apply coconut oil there avoid using diapers for now prefer loose Cotton nappies for your child. use gentle wipes like Babyhug wipes to keep that area clean.
