It happens due to dryness of calcium deficiency, first check the concern. like use Johnson's Baby Cream twice in a day it helps to keep skin soft and moisturized and helps to maintain ph balance of the skin. Check 3-4 days if these patches remains same consult dr for calcium deficiency.
