Hello Doctor My 5month old baby is coughing sometimes.Can U I give nasal saline drops or cough syrup?? Please recommend me which brand to give

A. no medicne for now . Sneezing and cough and cold are common in thind changing wheather . Steam should be given indirectly type 3 times in a day and asthkind LS can also be given 3 times in a day . If there is fever then paracetamol shoukd be given 3 to 4 times in a day
