Q.

my 1 month old baby is having cough with expectoration.. took pediatrician advice but they said only use saline nasal drops. Can I use mucolyte drops or any other cough syrup?

A. Goyal is really small please don’t give any medicine without doctors advice if your doctor advised you the syrup that you want to give them otherwise don’t you know it’s not safe my child is too small do not give any medicine without your doctors recommendation please
