Hi mom 
Give maxtra syrup for cold and watery eyes. 
This will help to give relief. 
Also apply babyhug rapid relief roll on or vicks babyrub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold. 
Give warm water to drink in the day.

Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are  usually associated .
Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine .
As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful .
Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be usfvhed  in a propher dose  for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .
