Q.

Hello doctor ..my 2 year 6 months old suddenly speaks or tells sentences out of context.. is this normal ? Her vocabulary is good and she speaks sentences and communicates well..

A. Yup At this age kids do not have precise sense to put things into places most of the times you will see if your child is talking sensibly and understanding everything then it’s fine but one out of 20 times if your child is speaking something which is out of contacts and that’s normal
