Q.

Hello doctor meri beti 1 saal ki ho gyi h. usko 4-5 dino se cough aur cold ho rha h. so as per doctor advised me usko solvin cold, mega cv, macberry drops de rha hu. But from last two days kuch kha pee nii rhi h. Now what should I do?

A. sir agar wo kuch khayegi piyegi ni toh kuch prblm toh nii h??

A. please give delcon drops 0.8 ml three times a day to the baby Cold and cough in the babies are because of viral infections which will take at least five to six days time to subside it is advisable to do steam inhalation frequently to liquefy the secretions as well put nasoclear saline drops in the nose of the baby
