ok see. f. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok

If the pregnancy test is negative tgen dont worry. How long has it been since ur delivery. And was it a normal or c section. With normal delivery u may start with slow pace exrercises and move to heavier once from around 2 or 3 months. With c section you have to wait for 6 months for the internal stitches to heal. If tge internal movements are bothering you , then u should visit ur doctor.
