A. Hello good evening !! Due to the dryness in the nose ,force picking,due to infection also sometimes during the cold,blood from the nose is seen . Give more water and fluids for hydration ,give medication for cold ,apply coconut oil or vicks vapo rub for relief ,avoid too much pressing,blowing which strains the nostrils .
